TUSD has informed us that the courts will reopen on Monday 12/4! Organized play will resume at 7am.

We were informed by TUSD that the courts will now remain closed through Sunday Dec 3 pending clearance to open facilities. We again thank all members for their continued support and patience as we work through this difficult situation with TUSD.
27 Nov 2023 (AM)
Sycamore Magnet Academy school has been reopened but the courts remain closed for today 11/27. Our use permits are still in place for tomorrow (Tuesday) through Saturday this week. We are awaiting confirmation from TUSD as to when the courts will be reopened. We hope to provide another update by end of today.

Court closure has been extended by TUSD through Monday Nov 27. Sycamore Magnet Academy is still pending clearance to open.

We were informed today by TUSD that the courts will remain closed through Friday Nov 24 (or until otherwise notified). Since our courts are part of the Sycamore Magnet Academy school, they must remain closed until the school has been cleaned and cleared to re-open. We thank all members for their continued support and patience as we work through this difficult situation with TUSD.

As of today, we do not have confirmation that TUSD will be opening the courts on Saturday 11/18. Given the uncertainty of court availability and rain in the forecast, we are canceling organized play and our 10am round robin event on Saturday. If the courts become available on Saturday, they will be open to the public. If we do not hear otherwise from TUSD, we will resume organized play on Monday 11/20.

We received notice from TUSD that the courts will be closed through Friday Nov 17.

Although it was announced that TUSD schools will be closed tomorrow (Monday Nov 13), we have not received an update from TUSD regarding court availability. To play it safe, we are canceling organized play for tomorrow. If we receive notice from TUSD regarding court availability, we will provide an update on this site and Facebook.

Hi members, we received the below message from TUSD regarding facility closures in effect through Sunday Nov 12. Given the situation, we must cancel organized play through Saturday Nov 11.

Due to the Hangar fire that occurred earlier this week the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) made the District aware that debris found in the Tustin Legacy area tested greater than 1% positive for asbestos. The above being said, and as a precautionary measure all use of facilities events/reservations at all TUSD schools are being canceled starting today (Thursday, November 9) through Sunday, November 12.
