Agreement and Acknowledgment – As a member of Tustin Pickleball, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability pertaining to participation in activities at Tustin Pickleball, Inc., located in Orange County, CA. I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. I understand that this agreement includes a release of liability and assumption of risk, and that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue Tustin Pickleball, Inc. and its staff, directors, or affiliates. I further confirm that I am entering this agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. Checking the "I AGREE AND ACCEPT" box prior to submitting the "Join/Renew Membership" form confirms my acceptance of all terms outlined in this agreement and serves as a record of my acceptance.
